Set in 1999, the upcoming movie follows┬Āa teen girl who keeps close tabs on a boy in school on behalf of her deeply smitten best friend. The 17-year-old Na Bo Ra, who puts friendship before love, helps her best friend Yeon Doo find success with her first love. Expectations are high on how Kim Yoo Jung will bring her cheerful character to life as the pictures feature her in character looking distracted during her class, and making a call at a public phone booth. While keeping tabs on her best friendŌĆÖs crush, Bo Ra tries to win Poong Woon HoŌĆÖs (Byeon Woo Seok) heart to set Yeon Do up with his best friend Hyun Jin. In order to do so, Bo Ra joins Woon HoŌĆÖs broadcasting club to get more information about Hyun Jin.┬Ā In the newly released pictures, the two are seen setting a camcorder together and looking at each other on the porch of BoraŌĆÖs Video Store run by her parents.┬Ā The chemistry between the four charming characters is heightening the tension and excitement of the upcoming love story. 20th Century Girl will be released on October 21st.
