On August 28, Lee Seung GiŌĆÖs agency Hook Entertainment stated their official position regarding the ongoing legal action against malicious commenters. ŌĆ£Of all the suits weŌĆÖve filed so far, one malicious commenter was sentenced to pay a heavy fine of 5 million Won by the Daegu District Courts on August 19, 2020. In addition to the fine, we are also considering civil suits for compensation of damages and pursuing to keep criminal and civil actions against malicious commenters until the end,ŌĆØ they stated.
